Job Description
Summary:
Our client, a plastics manufacturer, is seeking a Machine Operator at their facility in Horicon. The ideal candidate will operate various hand tools and power equipment to finish the product. Apply today! Se anima a los(las) Espanol hablantes a aplicar.
Hours: 1st Shift Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:00pm
Hours: 2nd Shift Monday-Friday 2:00pm -10:00pm, will need to train on 1st shift for a couple of weeks
Hours: 3rd Shift Sunday-Thursday 10:00pm-6:00am, will need to train on 1st shift for a couple of weeks
Starting pay is $19.45 per hour (plus $2 shift premium for off shifts, once hired on)
Responsibilities:
- Positions at this client require access to items subject to ITAR regulations and require the individual to be a US person. QTI is an equal opportunity employer.
- Set-up machine or change over jobs as directed
- Load parts and operate machine safety and properly
- Conduct quality checks
- Notify the supervisor when product does not meet quality specifications
- Utilize various precision measuring tools to ensure product quality
Qualifications:
- Strong mechanical ability

- Math and problem-solving skills
