They will align their staff around strategic goals to support veterinary medicine and practitioners. The Executive Director will act as the liaison to the lobbyists and policymakers, advocating with political deftness, integrity, and drive to push for the best interests of membership. They will inspire greater engagement from members by offering valuable communications, tools, and resources to support veterinary professionals statewide.

With support from the board of directors, this individual will be the organization’s chief promoter, advocate and organizer. The President and CEO will promote both the investment opportunities and the well-being of underserved communities in the Region as core tenets of success. He/she will oversee programs to educate a changing and more diverse workforce. He/she will effectively communicate these success stories to advance the mission.

The Marketing Director will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operation including planning, development and implementation of marketing strategies and communications, digital media, social media, and public relations activities. He/she will have a firm grasp of technology and marketing tools to best support Stark Company Realtors and their company real estate agents. This person will be involved in ensuring strategic and tactical responsibilities are completed with drive, detail, and innovation. This position reports to the Executive Vice President.
