Summary:
The QTI Group is partnering with a leading commercial roofing company in Madison to hire a Commercial Roofing Maintenance & Repair Foreman. This individual will lead and perform repair and maintenance work on various commercial roofing systems, ensuring quality, safety, and excellent customer service. The Foreman will manage day-to-day field activities, work alongside the crew, and represent the company professionally while addressing client needs.
This is a full-time, direct hire position offering $40+/hour depending on experience. The company provides a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, 401(k), and a company vehicle with a gas card.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and repair leaks on multiple roofing systems including BUR, Modified Bitumen, EPDM, TPO/PVC, metal panels, and coatings.
- Maintain a clean, stocked, and well-functioning service vehicle.
- Motivate, direct, and lead a small crew with professionalism and positivity.
- Communicate clearly with customers and internal team members.
- Ensure timely completion of work orders with proper labor/material documentationband photo reports.
- Maintain safety compliance and enforce company policies on-site.
- Proactively identify project needs, troubleshoot issues, and deliver solutions.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of commercial roofing experience; prior foreman or leadership experience strongly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Proficient with smartphones/tablets and comfortable with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable driving record.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly, climb ladders, work at heights, and perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
