Summary:
The QTI Group is seeking a Direct Hire 1st Shift Sales Administrator to support their Contract Manufacturing Business. This role is a critical customer-facing position that will include working with clients from order intake to fulfillment. The ideal candidate will be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail and enjoys working in a team environment.
  • Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
  • Pay: up to $60,000/yr depending on experience
Responsibilities:
  • Serves as a primary point of contact for customer inquires via phone and email, providing prompt, professional, and friendly service.
  • Receives and processes purchase orders and enters orders into an ERP system.
  • Set up new customers in ERP system.
  • Manages order entry and processing in an online platform.
  • Partner with accounting team to monitor and collect outstanding receivables and assist with invoice processing.

Qualifications:
  • Highschool diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree in business administration, or related field preferred.
  • 2-4 years’ experience in Sales Administration, customer service or order processing roles required.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment a plus.
