Summary:
The QTI Group is partnering with our Middleton-based client to hire a Customer Service Representative (Project Coordinator). In this role, you’ll support project managers by coordinating service requests, dispatching vendors, and ensuring customer technical needs are met efficiently and accurately.

This full-time, temporary position is expected to last through September 30, 2025, with a possibility for extension or hire.

The role is onsite and will operate Monday through Friday, 6:00 am – 3:00 pm with a one-hour lunch break. The pay rate is $19/hour.

Responsibilities:
  • Learn key project workflows and related operations, understand customers’ expectations.
  • Develop a clear understanding of customer site network infrastructure.
  • Assist project manager with dispatching vendors, negotiating vendor pricing, follow-up, etc.
  • Pre-call the building location and dispatch installers to the worksite.
  • Receive calls and update database.
  • Attend team meetings for updates.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • HS diploma or GED equivalent is required.
  • 2+ years of prior experience in a related field preferred.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be willing to complete a drug screen and background check upon accepted job offer.
