ERC is partnering with The QTI Group, as it continues to expand its impact, to hire a dynamic and experienced Director of Business Development in its Green Bay office. This is an uncapped opportunity to leverage your B2B sales experience and be part of something that matters – sharing the value and services to support good mental health.
Position Overview:
The Director of Business Development will lead new business development, helping employers bring meaningful mental health support to their teams. As a Director of Business Development, you will lead a sales team of one (Business Development Manager) and partner closely with the Account Management and Finance teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing client success.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor sales team; support and collaborate with Account Management team
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic prospecting
- Own and drive the sales cycle – from first contact to signed contract
- Communicate the value of mental health to prospects and clients
- Manage accurate records and pipelines in CRM (Zoho)
- Represent ERC at conferences, networking events, and other outreach opportunities
- Travel as needed for prospecting and presentations (primarily local and regional)
- Ensure smooth client hand-offs to the Account Management team
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience – employee benefits or insurance brokerage experience strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Marketing, Business.) is strongly preferred
- Consultative selling skills and a track record of uncovering and meeting client needs
- Strong communicator who is passionate about mental health and well-being
- Experience with sales cycles of 1 to 12 months
- Ability to speak passionately and intelligently about mental wellness / mental health and its impact on the individual, workplace, and community
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong organization skills
- Reliable transportation for travel, as needed
Travel Requirements: Some overnight travel in Wisconsin will be required dependent on sales needs. Subject to change as business needs change
