The QTI Group has partnered with single-family office in seeking a part-time, temporary to hire Executive Accounting/Office Assistant. This role combines high-level administrative support with day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and financial responsibilities. It’s ideal for a hands-on, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment where flexibility, discretion, and reliability are paramount. 20-30 hours per week. On-site in Middleton, Wisconsin. $30/hour based on experience.

Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management
- Maintain and organize electronic and paper filing systems
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including data entry, reconciliations, and vendor payments
- Prepare and maintain spreadsheets and reports in Excel
- Manage bill payments for multiple personal properties, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Support records management and organization of financial documents
- Coordinate with external advisors and service providers as needed
- Uphold strict confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in a similar administrative/accounting role; private household or family office experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and general accounting/bookkeeping tools
- Prior administrative or bookkeeping experience in a professional or financial setting
- Experience with property-related bill payments or household/vendor management is a plus
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and emotional intelligence
- Professional communication skills — both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and proactively with minimal supervision
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field preferred
