Summary:
The QTI Group has partnered with single-family office in seeking a part-time, temporary to hire Executive Accounting/Office Assistant. This role combines high-level administrative support with day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and financial responsibilities. It’s ideal for a hands-on, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment where flexibility, discretion, and reliability are paramount. 20-30 hours per week. On-site in Middleton, Wisconsin. $30/hour based on experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide general administrative support, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management
  • Maintain and organize electronic and paper filing systems
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including data entry, reconciliations, and vendor payments
  • Prepare and maintain spreadsheets and reports in Excel
  • Manage bill payments for multiple personal properties, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Support records management and organization of financial documents
  • Coordinate with external advisors and service providers as needed
  • Uphold strict confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar administrative/accounting role; private household or family office experience strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and general accounting/bookkeeping tools
  • Prior administrative or bookkeeping experience in a professional or financial setting
  • Experience with property-related bill payments or household/vendor management is a plus
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and emotional intelligence
  • Professional communication skills — both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and proactively with minimal supervision
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field preferred
