Summary:
Our client is seeking an HR Administrative Assistant to provide critical support to the HR team while also assisting with general office administration and facilities coordination. This role will be the go-to for employee HR needs, onboarding, and records management, while helping ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. Position is onsite, full-time Monday-Friday and pay is $25 per hour based on experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and timely HR data, documentation, and records
  • Pull and manage HR reports from HR Information Systems; utilize Excel pivot tables and vlookups to analyze data
  • Coordinate onboarding, orientation, offboarding, and employee support
  • Serve as the first point of contact for general benefits questions and assist with reconciliations
  • Support recruitment activities including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and reference checks
  • Respond to employee, leadership, and HR inquiries with professionalism
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR and administrative processes
  • Ensure office space, supplies, and services are maintained and supported
  • Assist with research, special projects, and other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of HR experience
  • 1+ years of experience using HRIS (ADP Workforce Now experience preferred)
  • Working knowledge of pivot tables and vlookup
  • Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to complete background check
