Summary
The QTI Group is excited to partner with a growing property management company in the Midwest to hire their next Human Resources Manager. Reporting to the CFO, the HR Manager will work closely with leadership and employees to create a positive work environment, foster a strong organizational culture, and implement strategies that promote retention and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, recommend and implement human resources policies, procedures and activities
- Oversee all aspects of talent acquisition process, including interviewing, hiring and onboarding employees
- Manage Human Resources staff, providing training and development opportunities
- Design and implement employee retention strategies
- Oversee benefits administration in coordination with HR staff, CFO and insurance broker
- Oversee workers compensation administration, investigating and reporting workplace incidents and required OSHA reporting
- Maintain HR systems to display accurate information related to employee data, open positions and maintenance of all HR records
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management or Business Administration desired
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources with an emphasis in employee relations preferred
- PHR or SPHR certification preferred
- Working knowledge of employment law and experience leading full-cycle recruiting efforts and employee engagement activities
- Prior experience in Microsoft Suite, ADP and other HRIS systems desired
