Summary
The QTI Group is excited to partner with a growing property management company in the Midwest to hire their next Human Resources Manager. Reporting to the CFO, the HR Manager will work closely with leadership and employees to create a positive work environment, foster a strong organizational culture, and implement strategies that promote retention and growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan, develop, recommend and implement human resources policies, procedures and activities
  • Oversee all aspects of talent acquisition process, including interviewing, hiring and onboarding employees
  • Manage Human Resources staff, providing training and development opportunities
  • Design and implement employee retention strategies
  • Oversee benefits administration in coordination with HR staff, CFO and insurance broker
  • Oversee workers compensation administration, investigating and reporting workplace incidents and required OSHA reporting
  • Maintain HR systems to display accurate information related to employee data, open positions and maintenance of all HR records

Desired Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management or Business Administration desired
  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources with an emphasis in employee relations preferred
  • PHR or SPHR certification preferred
  • Working knowledge of employment law and experience leading full-cycle recruiting efforts and employee engagement activities
  • Prior experience in Microsoft Suite, ADP and other HRIS systems desired
