Summary:
This position is a full-time, contract to hire opportunity at a company looking to start interviews right away! You will inspect the product, tooling, fixtures, and gauges to determine dimensional accuracy compared to blueprints. You will record the results on paper and in computer system. If you are detail-oriented, organized, and good with taking measurements we’d like to talk with you more. We pay weekly and you’ll also be offered a competitive benefit package after hire with the company.
Responsibilities:
- Perform assessment of product dimensions to ensure within specifications
- Work with pattern shop to design new fixtures and gauges to aid in quality testing
- Periodically oil and clean equipment as needed
Qualifications:
- Requires basic computer and paperwork skills
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Ability to use different measuring tools and equipment
