The QTI Group is excited to partner with a Madison-based investment firm to hire their next Investment Associate. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Investment Associate will oversee aspects of office operations and client relations. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management ability and be able to assist Financial Advisors in various tasks.
Responsibilities
- Development of financial reports, processing account paperwork and preparation of files and notes for meetings
- Work with Financial Advisors to assist in transfers, asset movement and distribution of funds
- Creation of investment reports and assist in development and preparation of financial plans
- Assist with client relations in various functions including sales/prospecting, communication and referrals
Qualifications
- College degree in Business Management, Finance or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite required
- Highly organized and possess ability to managed sensitive and/or confidential information
- Work well in both team and individual settings
