Summary:
The QTI Group is partnering with a west Madison WI company in seeking a Life Sciences Sales and Marketing to join their team. This high-level sales role focuses on overseeing all marketing initiatives and sales efforts in the life sciences, consulting, including product development for pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, combination product, and medical devices. This role involves identifying potential clients, driving revenue growth, and positioning the firm as a leader in Global life science consulting including Strategic Regulatory and Submission Services, Product Development, Human Factors and software as a Medical Device development consulting and other services.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business growth targets in the life sciences sector.
- Identify new business opportunities, including untapped markets and emerging trends.
- Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers within life sciences companies.
- Lead negotiations and close high-value consulting deals that align with the company’s core competencies.
- Analyze report sales metrices to ensure alignment with revenue goals and provide contingency strategies to ensure goals are met.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with the company’s value proposition and resonate with target life sciences audiences.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns, digital content, and thought leadership that position the firm as a trusted advisor in the industry.
- Drive lead generation efforts through direct sales, digital marketing, social media, webinars, industry events, and conferences.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive positioning, and key industry shifts within the life sciences sector.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a life sciences related field or business administration and marketing.
- 3+ years of sales or marketing experience in the life sciences industry or consulting space. Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Prior experience in managing cross-functional teams or coordinating with stakeholders, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with consulting firms or providing B2B services in life sciences. Exposure to strategic account management and business growth planning. Established connections with decision-makers in pharmaceutical, biotechnology or healthcare sectors preferred.
- This position may require moderate to frequent travel for client meetings, industry events, and conferences.
