Maintenance Technician - 1st Shift

Perform mechanical, electrical, and preventive maintenance on production equipment

Troubleshoot and repair facility systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical components

Maintain support equipment and manage hand tool inventory

Coordinate facility maintenance with external vendors and contractors

Use blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to identify and resolve issues

Log and track maintenance activities using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)

Previous experience in an industrial maintenance role required

Knowledge of utility systems such as HVAC, boilers, and plumbing is preferred

Welding and fabrication skills are a plus

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with different teams
