The QTI Group is partnering with a Milwaukee-area contract manufacturer to recruit for their next Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
Compensation: $150,000 – $1600,000 + Bonus. This is not a commissioned role.

• Design and implement strategic business development plans and customer opportunities to prioritize growth based on industry targets.

high-mix manufacturing.
• Conduct high-level industry research to develop sales and build a network of contacts to attract new customers.
• Qualify new customers and other new business acquisition by leveraging deep knowledge of company’s capabilities to recommend and

• Monitor and report on metrics to senior-level management.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Manufacturing or Business preferred. MBA or equivalent leadership training desired
• Minimum of 10 years in Sales and/or Account Management within manufacturing preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing desired; custom manufacturing is preferred.
• Strong communication/presentation skills with innate ability to develop rapport with others.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leveraging CRM technology in an outside sales capacity
