Job Description
Summary:
Our client is looking for a Direct Hire Production Lead on 2nd shift. This is a hands-on leadership role that is responsible for ensuring daily production runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently. This person will provide direct support to operators and help resolve issues in real time, and will play a critical role in training and coaching team members. If you have previous leadership experience in a manufacturing setting and have strong mechanical knowledge and 3+ years of solid machine operation experience, you are encouraged to apply within.
• Hours: Monday-Thursday 2:30pm - 1:00am
• Pay is up to $25/hr depending on experience
Responsibilities:
• Ensure production lines are running efficiently and hitting performance targets
• Troubleshoot equipment and quality issues
• Fill in on production equipment as needed
• Participate in employee reviews, safety observations, and corrective coaching
• Uphold SQF and customer quality expectations during production
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience or a related degree
• Strong mechanical aptitude with a commitment to hands-on support
• Excellent communication skills and a team-first attitude
• Proven attendance and longevity in past work history
