Job Description
Summary:
The QTI Group is seeking a Direct Hire Production Supervisor on 2nd shift. The ideal candidate would have strong mechanical knowledge and excellent people skills. This position would have you working on the floor most of the time managing people. If you have strong work history and have held a Supervisory role in a production setting, you are encouraged to apply today!
• Hours: Monday - Friday 2:00pm - 10:30pm (no mandatory OT!)
• Pay: Up to $42.00/hr depending on experience
Responsibilities:
• Supervise all shift personnel
• The ability to set up and operate converting machines is a plus!
• Lead and coordinate all new hire training and continuing education for existing personnel
• Conduct regular meetings
• Implement standard operating procedures
Qualifications:
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Operations, Business or related field
• Experience in flexible packaging and/or printing industries
• Strong mechanical aptitude
•Strong leadership skills
