- Hours: Monday through Friday from 5:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.,
- Pay: $25/00-$30.00/hr, depending on experience.
Responsibilities
- Program laser cutting machines and prepare setups for daily work
- Operate equipment to cut materials to the correct size and shape
- Review machine performance and adjust settings when needed
- Keep accurate records related to production and quality checks
- Follow all safety procedures during operation and maintenance
- Inspect finished parts to confirm they meet specifications
- Troubleshoot issues with equipment or materials during production
Qualifications
- Experience programming and operating laser cutting equipment is required
- Ability to set up, adjust, and maintain laser machines
- Strong attention to detail and comfort verifying measurements
- Experience with nesting software helpful
- Ability to identify and resolve production issues
