Summary:
We are seeking 2nd shift Machine Operators to join a leading flexible packaging company. This role is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring automated machines to produce high-quality packaging products. The ideal candidate will have mechanical aptitude, experience operating machinery, and strong attention to detail.
Hours: 2nd Shift: M-F 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Pay: Starting $20/hr, with pay based on experience + 1.50 shift premium

- Perform quality control checks, ensuring proper dimensions, seals, and product integrity
- Use calipers, rulers, and tape measures to make precise machine adjustments
- Monitor production, troubleshoot issues, and ensure efficient workflow
- Assist with machine changeovers, packing, and maintenance tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in machine operation, manufacturing, or a mechanical trade
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read measurements accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Team-oriented with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
