It’s Open Enrollment Time for Essential Staff Care Benefits!
QTI is excited to once again be partnering with Essential Staff Care to bring you the option to enroll in various benefit plans.
As an employee of QTI, you are eligible to enroll in Essential Staff Care’s Fixed Indemnity Medical Plan, Dental Plan, Vision Plan, Short Term Disability Plan, or Term Life Insurance Plan. You may choose all, one, or none of the plans. There are no election pre-requisites, so you may elect to take Dental or Vision without having to elect the Medical Plan, for example.
All QTI employees must choose to elect a plan or waive coverage. QTI has made it easy for you to enroll or decline. You will find a link to the Benefit Guide for rates and plan information available on the website. Please click on the button below to go to the Essential Staff Care website and either enroll in the various coverages or decline coverage.
Open enrollment dates are 9/16/2021 to 10/16/2021. Please enroll or make changes to your benefits before 10/16/2021, or you may not be able to make changes again until this time next year.
