Here's How it Works!

Working full-time through QTI automatically enrolls you in the QREWARDS sweepstakes (*full-time is defined as working a minimum of 150 hours in a QTI month). QREWARDS Sweepstakes officially kicks off on March 27th with our first drawing on May 3, 2023. Read the full rules below for eligibility requirements.





Sponsor. The QRewards Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by QTI Executive and Professional Search, Inc., QualiTemps, Inc., and QTI Advanced Staffing, Inc. (each a "Sponsor" and collectively, the "Sponsors"), 1010 E. Washington Avenue, Ste 314, Madison, Wisconsin 53703.

Sweepstakes Period. The Sweepstake begins on January 1, 2024 at 12:01 a.m. CST and ends on December 31, 2024 at 11:59pm CST (the "Sweepstakes Period") unless terminated earlier or extended by the Sponsors.

Eligibility. The Sweepstakes is open to active External Employees of any Sponsor. External Employees are employees of a Sponsor who  are employed as a full-time employee (a minimum of 150 hours per month based on such Sponsor's 4-4-5 work calendar) and provide services to a Sponsor's customer at a customer location pursuant to a Staffing and Recruiting Pricing Agreement between the Sponsor and the customer. For clarity, External Employees do not include: (A) direct hires that a Sponsor places with a customer that are employees of the customer and (B) internal employees of a Sponsor who provide services for a Sponsor at a Sponsor location. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply; void where prohibited.

Methods of Entry: Entry in this Sweepstakes is automatic. You must send an email to if you do not wish to participate in the Sweepstakes. Each eligible External Employee who is continuously employed as full-time employee of a Sponsor for 30 consecutive days prior to an Employment Period Deadline (as defined below) will receive (1) entry in the Monthly Drawing for the month in which the Employment Period Deadline occurs, provided they remain employed as a full-time employee by such Sponsor on the Drawing Date for such Monthly Drawing (as defined below) and have not previously won a prize. Limit one (1) entry per eligible External Employee during the Sweepstakes Period. Non-winning Entries roll over to the subsequent Monthly Drawing, provided the External Employee remains eligible to participate as set froth herein from the previous Employment Period Deadline through the next Drawing Date.


(1)    An eligible External Employee hired on March 10, 2024, and who  remains continuously employed as a full-time employee of a Sponsor as of April 23, 2024, will receive one Entry in the April Monthly Drawing, provided that they  remain a full-time employee on May 3, 2024 (the Drawing Date of the April Monthly Drawing). This External Employee will not receive an Entry for the March Monthly Drawing because they will have not been employed for 30 consecutive days as of the applicable Employment Period Deadline. If such External Employee remains continuously employed as a full-time employee of a Sponsor through the entire Sweepstakes Period, then they  will also receive one (1) Entry in each subsequent Monthly Drawing so long as they were  not selected as the winner in a previous Monthly Drawing.

(2)    An External Employee  hired on August 3, 2024, and who remains continuously employed through September 24, 2024, will receive one Entry in the September Monthly Drawing, provided that they remain a full-time employee on October 4, 2024 (the Drawing Date of the September Monthly Drawing). If such External Employee remains continuously employed as a full-time employee of a Sponsor through the end of the Sweepstakes Period, then they will also receive one (1) Entry in each subsequent Monthly Drawing so long as they were not selected as the winner in a previous Monthly Drawing.

Entries provided pursuant to the foregoing and all other terms in these Official Rules are hereafter "Entries" or, individually, an "Entry". The maximum number of entries any External Employee can receive under this Sweepstakes is one (1). 

Drawings, Winner Selection and Odds. The Employment Period Deadline and Drawing Date for each of the twelve (12) Monthly Drawings under this Sweepstakes is as follows:

On Drawing Date referenced above, the Sponsors will randomly select one winner for each Monthly Drawing from among all Entries. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible Entries for each Monthly Drawing. In no event will more than twelve (12) winners total be selected under this Sweepstakes.

Sweepstake Prizes. Upon verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, each of the twelve (12) winners will receive One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00). The total value of all prizes to be awarded under this Sweepstakes is Twelve Thousand Dollars ($12,000.00). Limit one (1) prize per eligible External Employee.

All prizes are awarded "AS IS." No Sponsor makes or offers any warranty or guarantee, either express or implied (including, without limitation, quality, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) in connection with this Sweepstakes or any prize. Prize details and availability are subject to change, in which case a prize of equal value may be substituted at the Sponsors' sole discretion. A winner may waive the right to receive a prize. Prizes consist only of the items listed, are non-assignable, with no substitution except at the Sponsors' sole discretion.

Wages and Taxes. Prizes earned or awarded to an External Employee under this Sweepstakes will be considered wages paid by such Sponsor to the winning External Employee. Accordingly, any amounts won under this Sweepstakes will be paid as wages to the winning External Employee, net of all applicable tax and other standard withholding payable on the Sponsor's next scheduled pay date after the applicable Draw Date. Winning External Employees are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, or other tax obligations related to the prizes. 

Winner Notification. The Sponsors will notify potential winning External Employees by telephone or email on or about the Drawing Date. Potential winning Employees may also be announced on the Sponsors' intranet website/portal and social media platforms. Upon being contacted by the Sponsors, potential winning Employees must provide all requested information within 48 hours or such other longer period as may be communicated by the Sponsors. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, is disqualified, or fails to timely execute and return any required forms provided by Sponsor, an alternate winner may be randomly selected from among the remaining eligible entries. 

Publicity. By participating in the Sweepstakes, the winners consent to the use by the Sponsors of their name and photograph for advertising purposes. Sponsor may announce those winners by e-mail, on Sponsor's website, on Sponsor's social media platforms, in Sponsor's newsletter, or in other advertising materials.

Release of Liability.  y participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree to release the Sponsors, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, directors, officers, and agents from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, but not limited to, receipt, ownership, possession, use, or misuse of any prize. The Sponsors are not responsible for technical, hardware or software failures, or other errors or problems which may occur in connection with the Sweepstakes, whether computer, network, technical, mechanical, typographical, printing, human or otherwise, including, without limitation, errors or problems which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes, in any Sweepstake-related materials, or that may limit prize fulfillment or a participant's ability to enter the Sweepstakes. 

Disqualification. The Sponsors reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Sponsors believe has violated or is violating these Official Rules or who is suspected of attempting to disrupt or defraud the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes. Noncompliance with these Official Rules will result in automatic disqualification. If a potential winner is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner will be randomly selected.

Termination. The Sponsors reserve the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes if it is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, act of God or any other problem beyond the reasonable control of any Sponsor and award prizes from among all eligible entries received prior to cancellation.

Amendment. The Sponsors may amend these rules at any time in its discretion. Amended rules will be posted on the Sponsors' website.

Construction and Governing Law. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any such provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, these Official Rules shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provision was not contained therein. Any disputes arising under this Sweepstakes and these Official Rules will be governed by the internal laws of the State of Wisconsin. 

Rules Related to all QTI Promotions and Contests. These Official Rules incorporate the Rules Relating to all QTI Promotions & Contests available at to the extent consistent with these Official Rules. To the extent there is a conflict, inconsistency or discrepancy between the Rules Relating to all QTI Promotions & Contests and these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall control with respect to the Sweepstakes.
