Responsibilities:
- Directing the preparation, preparing, and serving of food
- Meal service
- Cleaning and sanitizing of work areas.
- The cook is the official representative in the absence of the Director or Manager.
- Makes menu substitutions upon the approval of the manager/director.
Qualifications:
- Previous Cook/Chef experience preferred.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- One-year quantity cooking course preferred.
