Summary:
The QTI Group has partnered with a full-service safety supply company in search of an Inside Sales Representative to join their team. The Inside Sales Rep will contribute to expanding the branches’ business through new customers and growing the existing customer base. This is to be done by working with outside sales as an inside sales support partner.

This position is temp-to-hire and will be full-time onsite Monday-Friday between the hours of 7am-5pm. Pay starts at $40k+/yr. based on experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Complete counter sales, phone orders, and digital orders.
  • Work with customer accounts to provide timely order confirmation, quotes, and ETAs.
  • Communicate with sales staff on special procedures for customers such as vendor-managed inventory, tracking open order items, and input and track repair data and tools.
  • Work closely with sales and purchasing on contract prices for customers.
  • Collaborate with buyers as needed for purchasing needs.
  • Help the warehouse more efficiently stock any approved customer product for stock in bin locations and proper information to add part #’s in the system.
  • Work on returns for products that aren’t moving (Ex. Gloves/Safety).
  • Communicate with the purchasing team to implement returns.
  • Streamline walk-in customer processes.
  • Maintain presentable POP’s and tools on display.
  • Maintain promos being prominently displayed.
  • Follow any branch-specific cleaning, trash, and bathroom schedules.
  • Provide “State of the Union” report to VP - Operations and VP – Sales weekly.
  • Provide VPs with information on improvements that could be made and tools and investments that the branch needs to succeed.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • 1+ years of inside sales, customer service rep, or relevant experience is required.
  • Experience working with CRM systems is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding goals.
