Summary:
We've partnered with a manufacturing company in the greater Milwaukee area in search of an Administrative Assistant to join their team! The Administrative Assistant will play an integral role in supporting the CEO as well as general support to multiple department staff. This full-time position will operate onsite in Mequon Monday-Friday between 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Pay is $45,000 per year based on experience and comprehensive benefits package is available.

Responsibilities:
  • Calendar management for CEO meetings, appointments, and events
  • Planning and coordination of onsite and offsite board and employee events to include hotels, catering
  • Maintain various confidential documentation and filing systems
  • Design and implement internal communications (intranet, documents)
  • Coordinate internal events such as blood drives, apparel orders, etc.
  • Order and maintain office supplies and snacks; interact with vendors as needed
  • Handle expenses and communicate with Accounting
  • Update/Maintain org charts, holidays, phone lists, employee birthdays and anniversaries, etc.
  • Manage updates and distribution of corporate policies
  • Other support duties as assigned

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant; preferably within a manufacturing company
  • Experience managing calendars or scheduling meetings
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Ability to work independently and anticipate needs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
