The QTI Group has partnered with a growing manufacturer in Fall River to find their next Field Service Technician. The Service Technician will be responsible for traveling to customers throughout the United States and Canada to repair and add electrical and assembly components to generator enclosures.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email and on-site
- Estimate repair costs for customers and coordinate on-site service
- Travel to customer sites to aid in installation and perform scheduled and preventative maintenance on electrical systems
- Operate hand and power tools to complete disassembly, repair, and reassembly
Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
- Journeyman Electrician license preferred
- Experience providing remote and on-site technical support to customers
- Customer-focused and detail-oriented, ability to write and develop reports within Microsoft Office
