Direct hire opportunity for Maintenance Planner at a busy manufacturing company in Middleton. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling maintenance activities for multiple facilities and coordinating with the team to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks and projects. You will also be maintaining maintenance records and operation of the CMMS system. Pay starts at $60K. with consideration of experience level. Day shift schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Follow all safety rules to ensure the safety of people, assets, and property.
- Plan and schedule department workflow
- Manage the CMMS program currently in use
- Input necessary data
- Project planning for the maintenance team
Qualifications:
- Prior industrial maintenance planning or scheduling experience required
- A positive and collaborative attitude is essential
- Experience with CMMS
- Basic Microsoft software experience in Excel, work, Outlook, etc.
