Summary:
The QTI Group has partnered with a local manufacturer who is growing by leaps and bounds to recruit for a DIRECT HIRE 2nd shift Production Supervisor at their facility in the Fall River area. You will supervise production and personnel to meet production goals while maintaining the highest level of quality. This $60-$80k management position generally works 45 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
- Determine and plan production needs and schedule personnel accordingly
- Maintain workflow by monitoring steps of the process, observing control points and equipment
- Investigate production issues and identify solutions
- Train, coach and motivate personnel. Develop team members by improving their knowledge and skills Resolve worker issues or grievances
Qualifications:
- Prior management experience
- Possess excellent hands-on leadership including team building, collaborating and conflict resolution
- Ability to communicate and coach clearly, openly, and effectively
