Summary
A cheese packaging facility is looking for a new Sample Coordinator to join their team. Candidates for this position would be helping to produce samples from start to finish. Strong communication and organization skills are important as candidates will need to work closely with different departments as samples go through trials and production launches. DIRECT HIRE Position on 1st shift. Competitive pay depending on experience and benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Producing and tracking samples through various stages
- Work with product development team on estimates
- Coordinating new item set up with various departments – Sales, Food Safety, etc
- Working with production team on getting lines set up to run efficiently
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food manufacturing or food science a plus
- HS Diploma or GED required, Associate degree preferred
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Comfortable using computers
