The QTI Group is excited to partner with a Milwaukee area-based managed service provider to hire their next Director of Managed Services, Infrastructure and Security. As the Director of Managed Services, Infrastructure & Security, you’ll lead and oversee the Infrastructure, Network Operations, and Help Desk teams. You’ll drive operational maturity, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and help scale capabilities to meet growing client demand.

Responsibilities

Transform the team: Lead maturity initiatives across processes, tools, and service delivery to elevate team performance and client experience.
Be a builder: Architect and implement new processes, workflows, and best practices to support a growing business.
Support employees through change: Provide coaching, clarity, and care as the organization evolves—building a resilient and adaptable team culture.
Lead by example: Manage, develop, and mentor team members (~15+), fostering both technical growth and professional capability.
Drive results: Oversee solution design, engineering and service delivery, ensuring project success, profitability, and high client satisfaction.
Partner cross-functionally: Work closely with Account Management and the CEO to align team efforts with strategic goals, driving improvements in employee and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

10+ years of leadership experience in an IT setting, leading teams of 10+ within a managed service provider setting
Deep understanding of IT Infrastructure, security and cloud technologies
Proven transformational leadership experience leading organizations through significant growth and change
