Job Description
Summary:
Are you an experienced leader with a background in CNC machining and manufacturing operations? We are hiring a Production Supervisor for a dynamic job shop environment. This role oversees daily operations across machining, fabrication, assembly, and shipping, with a focus on efficiency, safety, and quality. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced setting and enjoys mentoring teams while driving continuous improvement. This is a full-time, hands-on role with exposure to a variety of production processes.
- Shift: Monday-Friday; 7:00am-3:30pm
- Pay: Up to $35.00/hr, based on experience

Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations across machining, fabrication, assembly, shipping, and receiving
- Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet customer demand and ensure timely delivery
- Monitor performance metrics and resolve issues affecting output or quality
- Enforce safety, quality, and compliance standards across departments
- Lead safety training and implement preventive measures
- Mentor and evaluate production staff, manage schedules, and conduct team meetings
- Promote cross-training and a culture of accountability
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance on product conformance and corrective actions
- Prepare production reports and partner with purchasing, engineering, and customer service
Qualifications:
- Associate degree or technical diploma preferred; equivalent experience considered
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in CNC machining or manufacturing operations
- Proficient in production scheduling and ERP/MRP systems
- Strong understanding of workflow optimization and quality systems
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a fast-paced environment
- Skilled in monitoring KPIs and driving process improvements
