Job Description
Summary:
One-of-a-kind opportunity with a company who will train someone with the right experience as their assistant to the supervisor! If you are detail-oriented, with good computer skills, and have led or managed others this may be the job for you. Great benefits and room for growth with this well-established company. Base Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour
Weekend Premium: $10.00 per hour for Saturdays and Sundays
Bilingual Spanish/English: additional $1.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Assist with scheduling, communicating work instructions, and deploying personnel
- Inspect completed tasks, and ensure availability of required raw materials and supplies
- Verify proper safety and quality practices are being observed by department personnel
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts including Employee Involvement activities
Qualifications:
- Approach work assignments in a positive manner and function as a team member
- Minimum of six months of leadership experience in any work environment
