Job Description
Summary:
Our client in Beaver Dam currently looking for a Bindery Operator on 2nd shift! This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity! Bindery Operators operate specific bindery equipment such as stitcher/trimmers, cutters, folders, mailers, shrink wrappers and/or poly-baggers to process or finish printed products. If you have experience in operating any of these machines you are encouraged to apply!
Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour depending on experience, plus a $0.70 premium for 2nd shift
Hours: 2nd Shift 3:00pm to 11:00pm Monday through Friday

Responsibilities:
- Operate machine effectively and safely according to standards to ensure a quality product
- Read and understand job tickets and other specifications before beginning assigned jobs
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on all assigned equipment
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years Previous Bindery Operator experience required
- Previous experience operating a Mueller Martini, Heidelberg, or Osako saddle stitcher preferred
- Requires fine motor hand and arm movement, manual dexterity, and coordination
- Ability to 25lbs and up to 50lbs occasionally
- Must be well organized, detail-oriented, and can multi-task
