Job Description
Summary:
The QTI Group is recruiting for a Packager for a packaging manufacturing company in Milwaukee, WI. The ideal candidate will have about two years of forklift and receiving experience along with a great attitude and problem-solving skills.
- 1st shift ; Monday-Friday ; 7:00AM-3:00PM
- Pay up to $18.50/hr (based on experience)
Responsibilities:
- Operate power and hand trucks as required
- Assemble boxes to meet specifications from cut list, blue print or drawing
- Preserve product when necessary using various required methods
- Package product per specifications.
- Load boxes in containers or on trucks.
- Block and brace containers when necessary.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current certified forklift operator or ability to become certified, client will forklift certify
- Ability to lift up to 60lbs
- Prior packaging experience
