Job Description
Summary:
The QTI Group has a great 1st shift Paint Line Helper opportunity to work at a growing company in Beaver Dam on a state of the art paint line! If you are looking to gain paint experience within a manufacturing facility, this is a perfect opportunity to get started. You will work within a team to tape, mask, hang and inspect parts to be sent to the assembly team. Apply today.
- Hours: Monday through Friday from 5:00am to 2:30pm with occasional OT on Saturday 5:00am-10:00am.

Responsibilities:
- Tape and mask parts as required for coating.
- Use correct hangers to hang parts correctly on conveyer.
- Hang parts uniform for cleaning and powder painting.
- Inspect coated parts for coating thickness using approved gauges.
- Follow instructions to package parts to avoid damage in proper containers and on proper racks.
Qualifications:
- Positions at this client require access to items subject to ITAR regulations and require the individual to be a US person. QTI is an equal opportunity employer.

- Aptitude to take orders and execute the same efficiently
- Previous experience working within a powder coat department
