Job Description
Summary:
This is a Direct Hire opportunity with a company offering benefits and more! We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our dairy operations team. This role is responsible for managing inbound shipments, sampling raw milk, and cleaning tankers in compliance with regulatory and safety standards. The ideal candidate will ensure the quality and safety of milk received and shipped while maintaining accurate documentation and clean working conditions. This is a second shift opportunity with a work schedule of 3pm to 11pm including some Saturday hours.
Pay: $18.00 per hour plus benefits
Responsibilities:
- Collect raw milk samples for quality testing
- Establish temperature of load per protocol
- Wash and sanitize tankers and milk storage tanks per protocol
- Balance paperwork at the end of the month
- Keep tank room clean and stocked with supplies
Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently w/ a supervisor checking in
- Ability to climb on trucks and tank platforms for various tasks
- Ability to complete paperwork records and balance information
