Job Description
Summary:
The QTI Group is seeking a skilled CNC Setup/Operator for a DIRECT HIRE opening on 1st shift in Hartford. If you have 3-5 years of CNC experience with setting up and operating with solid work history, you are encouraged to apply!
- Hours: 1st shift Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:00pm
- Pay: $18.00-$26.00/hr depending on experience
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily machine startup and shutdown procedures on CNC machining equipment
- Setup and operate CNC Machining equipment
- Perform some machine alignment procedures
- Ability to troubleshoot machine problems
Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years CNC setup/operation experience
- High school diploma or GED required
- Basic ability to read and understand blueprints and other shop drawing aids
- Good verbal and written communication skills
