Job Description
Summary:
Our client in Beaver Dam is currently looking for a 3rd shift Web Second Press Operator on a Direct Hire basis. This person will be responsible for operating web press machines and will play an essential role in the company.
- Pay: $23.00-28.00/hr depending on experience plus a $0.90 cent shift premium
- Hours: Straight 8-hour shifts Sunday-Thursday 10:00pm - 6:00am plus overtime as required

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain press and all auxiliary equipment while guiding a crew to meet and exceed production standards while maintaining customer quality requirements
- Understand set-up and maintenance procedures for entire press
- Assist supervisors in providing feedback for employee evaluations
- Promote, enforce, and sustain safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous press operation experience is required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Thorough knowledge of press operations and functions
- Ability to lift 50lbs throughout the shift
- Must be well organized, detail-oriented, and have the ability to multi-task
