Open Enrollment - CareBasic Staffing Benefits
As an employee of QTI, you are eligible to enroll in CareBasic Staffing's Fixed Indemnity Medical Plan, Dental Plan, Vision Plan, Short-Term Disability Plan, or Term Life Insurance Plan.
Open enrollment dates are 9/16/2026 to 10/16/2026.
