Job Description
Summary:
Our client, a precision paper converting company located in Beaver Dam, is looking for candidates with packaging experience to join their team on a full time or part time basis! Choose a 6, 8, 10 or 12 hour shift between 8:00pm-6:00am, Monday to Thursday! Starting pay rate is $18.00 per hour!
- Added incentives upon hire!!! A full benefits package will be offered upon hire by the client company including bonuses for perfect attendance, tuition reimbursement, and clothing and safety shoe allowances.
Responsibilities:
- Position pallets for efficient product stacking and shipment preparation.
- Secure finished pallets using a hand bander to ensure safe transport and storage.
- Move materials throughout the facility using a hand pallet jack.
- Maintain an organized work area while meeting production and warehouse goals.
- Train on forklift operations with the opportunity to become forklift certified.
Qualifications:
- Previous packaging, forklift and/or production experience
- Ability to stand an entire shift
- Able to work safely in a team environment
