Job Description

The QTI Group is partnering with Bank CMG to hire a Treasury Management Specialist for the Burlington, Wisconsin, market. We are seeking someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional client service and driving business growth. As a Treasury Management Specialist, you will play a key role in providing innovative treasury solutions to Bank CMG’s business banking clients.

We would also consider hiring this as a Treasury Management Manager for someone more experienced who might be looking to lead a small team.

Location: Home base will be the Burlington and Lake Geneva Branches

Responsibilities include:
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams, delivering top-tier treasury product marketing and technical expertise.
  • Onboard business clients and ensure seamless implementation of treasury management products and services.
  • Support clients with opening business accounts, account inquiries, online banking, ACH, remote deposit capture, and other treasury tools.
  • Collaborate with bankers and internal teams to design and present commercial banking solutions.
  • Create proposals and respond to RFPs to win new business.
  • Partner with bank business development team members to cross-sell treasury products
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years in banking customer service
  • 2+ years in business banking or treasury management preferred
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general PC knowledge.
  • Exceptional customer service and attention to detail.
