The QTI Group is partnering with a dynamic manufacturer in the Madison area to hire an experienced Human Resources Generalist. We are seeking a hands-on, adaptable Generalist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and doesn’t mind just about any HR ball being thrown their way – employee relations, recruiting, workers comp, leave administration and more! Reporting to an HR Manager, you will serve as a trusted advisor and resource to operations leaders and production employees while helping drive engagement, performance, and staffing success.
This is a fun opportunity for an HR professional who is nimble and doesn’t mind any HR ball being thrown their way – employee relations and investigations, high-volume recruiting and onboarding, workers comp, leave administration and more! You’ll be out and about on the production floor, building relationships, and making an impact on the employee experience.
Location: On-site – Madison, Wisconsin (not remote or hybrid)

- Collaborate with HR team members and leaders to drive continuous process improvement
- Demonstrate flexibility by stepping in to support a variety of HR needs as they arise
