Job Description
Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Technician to support and enforce food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced production environment. This role works closely with production and USDA representatives to ensure all products meet internal and external standards. Apply Now!
- Hours: Monday-Saturday 9:30am-6:00pm, Start and End times may vary.
- Pay: $21.00/hr.
Responsibilities:
- Perform Daily Operating Inspections as needed to assure compliance with GMP’s and USDA requirements
- Perform Magnet and Metal Detector Record Checks inform Supervisor of deficiencies.
- Conduct ATP swab tests – Daily and Weekly Line Swabs
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment is required
- Ability to read and understand formula sheets
- Must be able to work with frequently exposure to cold, wet and/or humid conditions
