Summary:
This position keeps production moving by operating equipment that turns materials into finished products. Start times may vary on 1st shift hours. The role offers hands-on work, clear processes, and the chance to build skills in a production environment focused on safety and quality.   • Hours: Monday-Friday Start times will vary 5:30am-7:30am - 3:30pm, 
  • Pay: $19.50/hr, plus a $3 shift premium for any hour worked between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM, or a $2 shift premium for any hour worked between 3:00 PM and 11:00 PM.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate production equipment following written and verbal instructions
  • Set up machines according to product and quality requirements
  • Inspect parts during production to confirm quality standards are met
  • Record production details such as material usage and run times
  • Identify and remove products that do not meet specifications
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area throughout the shift
  • Report equipment issues, safety concerns, or product concerns promptly
 
Qualifications:
  • Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
  • Ability to read basic instructions and complete written documentation
  • Basic math skills for counting and measuring materials
  • Manual dexterity for operating tools and equipment
  • Ability to lift up to fifty pounds on a consistent basis
  • Willingness to wear personal protective equipment, which includes required safety gear
  • Willingness to work first shift with a varying start time
