Job Description
The QTI Group is partnering with a growing specialty retail company in Madison to hire two Part-Time Office Assistants. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, learns quickly, and takes pride in being dependable and accurate.
In this position, you’ll support both administrative and accounting functions, handling a mix of vendor invoices, customer calls, and everyday office tasks. Someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable shifting between responsibilities will thrive here.
Part-Time, 2–3 days per week, 3–6 hours per day. The company’s open hours are 7:30am–4:00pm, and the schedule is flexible.

Pay is $20+/hr. based on experience.
Responsibilities
- Print checks using Sage.
- Enter vendor invoices into Sage.
- Reconcile monthly AMEX statements for multiple cardholders and allocate expenses in Sage.
- Maintain copies of AMEX invoices and ensure expenses are coded correctly.
- Calculate monthly sales commissions, verify all sales are recorded, and prepare commission reports in Excel.
- Assist with answering incoming phone calls and provide excellent customer service, prioritizing customer needs even when unfamiliar with the request.
- Support general office tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of relevant office experience is required.
- Strong attention to detail and solid organizational skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes.
- Customer-focused mindset with a willingness to prioritize client needs.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Sage experience is a plus but not required (training will be provided).
