- Pay: Depending on experience
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00am-2:00pm
Responsibilities:
- Perform raw material, in-process, and final inspections on machined and fabricated parts
- Maintain quality documentation including Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) records and customer requirements
- Update inspection procedures, calibration records, and capability studies
- Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal teams regarding quality standards
- Support production by identifying quality concerns and contributing to root cause analysis
- Follow safety procedures and maintain compliance with workplace regulations
Qualifications:
- Have 2 to 5 years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment
- Demonstrate knowledge of quality systems and manufacturing processes
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
- Use precision measuring tools such as Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM), calipers, and micrometers
- Hold AWS (American Welding Society) Certified Welding Inspector certification preferred
