Schedule:
1st Shift: Monday - Thursday 6am - 4pm
Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory to ensure parts are available and production stays on schedule
- Coordinate directly with clients on shipping timelines and provide updates between the shop floor and leadership
- Prepare parts for shipment, including boxing, labeling, and prepping to specification
- Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and production schedules
- Identify and resolve issues that could impact production flow or delivery commitments
Qualifications:
- Experience in manufacturing, production, shipping, or operations preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear communication skills for both shopfloor and client interaction
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
