Job Description
Summary:
Build your future with a company that values your talent. We are looking for skilled Welders with experience in MIG, TIG/HeliArc, and Wire Feed welding to join a dedicated team. This is a direct-hire opportunity offering competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, paid time off, and long-term career growth in a positive, safety-focused work environment.
Pay Rate: $30.85 per hour with a pay increase within the first year
Incentive: 3.5% of earnings paid monthly for perfect attendance
Responsibilities
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and cutting lists as required
- Wire feed weld and performing welds on horizontal or vertical surfaces and overhead welds
- HeliArc/TIG weld which includes setting the HeliArc welder to the appropriate settings; with or without filler rod
- Strict adherence to company quality guidelines and efficiency goals
Qualifications:
- Requires TIG welding on-the-job experience
- Ability to complete a written and weld test during interview
- Ability to read job orders, blueprints, and specifications
