Job Description
Summary:
The QTI Group is hiring a 2nd shift Spring Grinder for a global leader in tooling supply manufacturing. Responsibilities include loading springs into grinder machines, inspecting finished springs for quality, and assisting co-workers with tooling selection. Manufacturing experience is helpful, with training available.
- Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:00pm – 11:30pm
- (Will train on 1st shift for 1-2 months Monday-Friday 6:30-3:00pm)
- Pay: $16.80 - $21.57 per hour, depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Load springs into grinding equipment
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy
- Support team members with proper tool selection and usage
Qualifications:
- Prior machine operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Basic math skills
- Ability to read and use calipers
