Job Description
Summary
This direct hire bilingual production supervisor leads the production team to meet daily goals while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to company standards. This role works with Operations, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Quality, and Continuous Improvement to support accurate and timely production. The supervisor monitors floor activities, resolves daily issues, and ensures compliance with safety and quality requirements.
- Hours: Monday – Friday 3:00pm-11:30pm
- Pay: $85,000/year
Responsibilities
- Direct daily production activities to meet quality and schedule requirements
- Maintain a consistent presence on the production floor to monitor performance
- Support improvements in safety, efficiency, waste reduction, and labor use
- Ensure compliance with good manufacturing practices and safety regulations
- Communicate clear production targets to the team
- Apply continuous improvement and lean methods
- Supervise shift employees and maintain a cohesive team environment
- Participate in interviewing, training, coaching, and performance discussions
Qualifications
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required (non-negotiable)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
