Job Description
Summary:
This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys hands on work and staying active throughout the day. You will help move, prepare, and load products in the yard while supporting daily shipping and cleanup tasks. The schedule is full time, Monday through Friday, with year-round work that may shift between yard and plant duties as needed. This role offers variety, steady hours, and the chance to support multiple areas of the operation.
- Hours: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 5:00pm
- Pay: $20.00-$22.00/hr depending on experience
Responsibilities
- Learn product types and storage locations throughout the yard
- Inspect products for quality and report concerns
- Read and follow pick tickets accurately
- Stack products on pallets correctly and apply required labels
- Tag pallets and rewrap damaged pallets before loading
- Keep the yard and building clean, organized, and free of partial pallets
- Load trucks when needed and confirm loads are secure
- Communicate clearly with the lead loader during loading tasks
- Support matting tasks such as hooking, unhooking, stacking, and loading
- Assist with plant cleaning, block scraping, stacking, and general cleanup
- Help with plant operations or maintenance support when assigned

- Comfort working indoors and outdoors in all seasons
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Attention to detail when handling products and pallets
- Willingness to assist in different areas as needed
